Pizzaiolo Assistant Degree - Naples
While I was in Naples I had the chance to assist Carla's father in the preparation of a real Neapolitan pizza. This is the second time that I do it, and I remember that 1 year ago he told me that it take time to become a real "Pizzaiolo". I told him: “OK, you teach me and with the time I will become an expert “
Carla's father built at his place a real brick oven at home; the pizza taste so different when is cooked at a brick oven. Every time I visited them, there is a chance to learn more about the art of making a good pizza.
After the careful preparation of the dough, pizzas were ready for the brick oven. And just after some minutes in the oven, pizzas are ready!!!
In Naples it was the second time I assisted Carla's father with the preparation of the pizza. And, when we were in Calabria, 1 week after, I was also an assistant, for the third time; therefore I gave myself a degree as “Pizzaiolo Assistant”.
I think in about 4-5 lessons Umberto, Carla's father, think I'll get a full license
